WCAP:
- is "session based". in this product it uses the regular NGObjWeb sessions
- because it is session based, we need to store the password in the session
  => not really true, we could also use a different authenticator
- map WCAP "Calendar" to user or group-folder

Note: Usage of "calid" in WCAP is weird. Sometimes it is document as a single
      calendar and sometimes as a calendar list. Are lists really allowed in
      this context? (could be a query on the groups?)
      - because of that its hard to forward methods to the proper folders

Implementation
==============

- sessions are stored in WOSession's

- in the ZideStore application object all lookups on keys with a ".wcap"
  suffix and an "id" parameter are catched. In this case the users is located
  in the session and the lookup is forwarded to the matching SxUserFolder

- WCAP methods are mapped to selectors in the product.plist
  - for "components" methods the "components" is removed in the selector
    (eg deleteByRange for deletecomponents_by_range)
  - for "...ID" queries the "ID" is removed in the selector
    (eg verifyEvents for verifyevents_by_ids)
