LSAddress

LSAddress contains the base classes for the various "company" objects, like
LSEnterprise, LSPerson, LSTeam and LSTrust.

vCard Notes
===========
- some generation stuff is explained in the formatter header files
- addresses:
  - Evolution 2.2.2 shows these types (hardcoded, no settings):
    - work, home, other
    - no 'pref' is set
  - Kontact 3.4 allows arbitary addresses, but shows these per default:
    - work, home
    - it also allows for 'pref' to be set
