A little HelloWorld Database App for OGo

NOTE: this is far from complete and has several bugs.

NOTE: sorting only works with GDLAccess v4.5.46 and up (contained a bug)

Installation

You need a OGo source installation. just type 'make debug=yes install'
to make it visible in your webui, go to preferences=>display. there 
should be a HelloDB under the hr. Add it to the Dock and click
save. After that there should be another news-icon on the left.
Click on it and you should see the page generated by the component
HelloDB.[m/wo] in this bundle.
