On creation of an Enterprise record a Project for that Enterprise is 
created as well. This apparently is failing in your setup. Please ensure you 
can create projects or documents in them either.

Verify that LSAttachmentPath ('<tt>~opengroupware/documents/</tt>') is set up
correctly. Check the installation for permission problems, if necessary set permissions of LSAttachmentPath to 700 owned by <tt>opengroupware.skyrix</tt>.
